Outdoor Kitchen – Another great feature to have on your back-covered patio is an outdoor kitchen. Designed like a kitchen island, it is created to coordinate with your home design. It will include a sink with hot and cold running water, a grill (you decide on the fuel – gas or charcoal) and a small refrigerator designed for the outdoors. Combine both the indoor and outdoor kitchen when entertaining and you won’t feel isolated from the party.

Powder Room

The final addition to your entertainer’s delight is a main floor powder room. The best location will be near the living room, kitchen or outdoor space. If you decide on a pool, consider placing a door to lead directly outside for those bathroom breaks while in a wet bathing suit.
