Included Features are available in your new home at no extra cost. Designer Choices are upgrades that allow you to invest a little more to get premium products.

Here’s what you can expect to find in our Design Showcase:

Cabinets

We offer more than 40 color and door style combinations. Choose from painted, stained, glazed or specialty finishes.

Lighting

Our coordinated lighting packages will help give your home a unified style. Packages include a chandelier, island pendant, wall sconces, ceiling fans and more.

Plumbing Fixtures

Faucets and other plumbing fixtures are available in stainless, chrome, bronze, champagne bronze and matte black.

Hardwood Floors

Hardwood floors, included in our Oak Landing community, come in a variety of rich shades from light tan to dark chocolate brown and trendy gray.

Tile

We have so many tile options, but you don’t have to pick just one. Our customers often select different tile for different rooms to customize their new homes.

Luxury Vinyl Plank

Our vinyl planks offer the appearance of hardwood with the easy maintenance of high-grade vinyl. Designer Choices range from subtle Sandy Shore to the dramatic grain of Reclaimed Pine.

Carpet

Carpet is a standard included feature in our secondary bedrooms and closets. We have a large selection to choose from.

Backsplash

A subway tile backsplash in the kitchen and listello tile border in the master shower are standard in Acadian homes. Designer Choices expand the options to include arabesques, beveled subway tiles, basketweave and more.
